CLUB WEBSITE REGISTRATION – MEMBER SIGNUP INSTRUCTIONS

We’ve made changes to the website registration process for the 2026/2027 season, as our previous provider was sold to a Company based in the United States, and it’s future is uncertain. We have changed to a Canadian provider, curling.io, which is used by all the provincial and national curling associations. We’re aware that this might be a little rocky in its transition, but we’re committed to getting this right for the long term, and feel strongly about using a Canadian site. Please bear with us while we make these changes, and let us know of issues you’re having.

We have two websites this year – WolfvilleCurlingClub.ca, our public website to tell the story of the Wolfville Curling Club, and Wolfville.Curling.io which will have our registration, schedule and scores. The plan is to get them into one site, but the tooling to do that isn’t going to be ready for the 2026/2027 season.

Curler Accounts

The login process is slightly different than our previous site. There aren’t any passwords – all logging in is done through email. This may be a change, is becoming more common across the industry.

  • Click here to create your curler profile
  • Fill in or confirm your personal information
  • You’ll be able to see and sign the Wolfville Curling Club Waiver on this tab. You won’t be able to purchase membership or sign up for a league without it.

Membership Registration

Returning Members:

New Members:

When asked “How would you like to pay?”, you can either:

  • Pay online by credit or debit card (debit cards must have a Visa or Mastercard logo)
  • Or select “At the Club” to pay in the same way you have previously. If you choose this option, please send payment by e-transfer to treasurerwolfcurl@gmail.com, or leave your payment in the Treasurer’s Box at the club, or mail your payment to the club address. Please ensure you identify the full member name on the payment so it can be associated with the account

Membership fees are payable on or before October 31st. A late payment penalty of $23 will be applied after November 15th. Playing privileges may be suspended if dues are not paid in a timely manner.

League Registration

Once you’ve purchased your membership, click here to sign up for leagues. If you only want to spare, that opportunity is also available without needing to register for a league.
